Our client had severe cash flow problems. We undertook an analysis of their situation and devised a simple one page report that was to be provided to the key people each month.

We also identified and advised our client of the three key indicators that they must constantly focus on. We assisted them to identify simple actions to improve these indicators. The monthly reports including commentary on the key actions resulted in their cash flow problem being resolved in a short period. The systems put in place were retained to ensure not only that there were no more problems but that they grew significant surplus cash.
