SELF MANAGED SUPERANNUATION

To improve the quality of financial advice and provide additional consumer protection to taxpayers, the laws governing advice on self managed superannuation funds changed on 1 July 2016.

LSH Accounting has ensured our business is up to date with these new requirements so that we can continue to provide you with the necessary advice in relation to your SMSF and superannuation in general.

The changes introduced mean accountants are now unable to provide SMSF advice without either holding an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) in their own right or being an authorised representative of a licence.

In order to comply with these new laws, LSH Accounting Pty Ltd ASIC No. 317122 has become an Authorised Representative of Merit Wealth Pty Ltd holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence No. 409361.
